As a real estate partner in Cape May County NJ, it's important to give your renters information and confidence in your rental.  In this environment, vacationers and their families need to feel confident they will be safe.

1.     Keeping your renters positive will ensure not only confidence to keep their reservations but also going forward into next year. You want them to be happy while staying with you. It will be different enough while they are here.  Safe at home will give them peace of mind.

       Be proactive and send a letter or even a personal call. Letting them know you are open to discussion however give them information about how you are implementing cleaning each time a rental leaves and the same assurance of their entry day.

       2.   Make a flyer to be added to each room. A welcoming flyer indicating this room has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Beds pillows furniture counters cabinet doors door knobs faucets light switches toilet bowls and lamp switches.
        3.   Give them confidence and comfort their families will feel safe inside the home.  
Common areas should also be cleaned.  Marked as well for confidence
        4.   I'm sure if you provide a container or packets of wipes  they will be used placed at kitchens bathrooms and entrances. They will be wiping off light switches, faucets, and doorknobs etc for themselves.
        5.   Provide some cleaning products so they can be comfortable with cleanliness while in the home.  Make them comfortable and they will respect your commitment to their safety and will give them peace at mind.
        6.  Provide some masks as a service. Or at least remind them to bring masks for escaping outdoors AS -REQUIRED AT THIS TIME. 
        7.  Here's another idea. Purchase an air purifier with a HEPA filter. Although they advertise not completely protected from viruses they do work and will give added protection and peace of mind.

It's going to cost more to do business but in the long run, will pay off with continued reservations and incomes.
